73Health’s Share Issue Reached Full Subscription in Record Time

Strong investor confidence accelerates our mission to make remote diagnostics smarter, faster, and globally accessible.

Healthcare is under pressure. Doctor shortages, treatment delays and rising costs demand new ways forward. With our eEVA Remote Health Examination solution, up to 78% of primary health care visits can be handled remotely. That means accurate and fast diagnoses even in areas where doctors aren’t physically available.

This innovation, the core of healthcare transformation, is clearly resonating. Our latest share issue was fully subscribed in record time and closed early due to high demand. Among the new owners is an international venture capital investor, giving us even more momentum to scale globally. With this our growth is now entering a new phase. The response to our offering exceeded all expectations, and we’re grateful for the trust.

Investor confidence fuels the next chapter in remote care

This latest funding round expanded our owner base significantly, bringing in new strategic expertise and international capacity. Among the new investors is Innovestor Angel CoFund, as well as our first global venture capital partner. Their trust strengthens our foundation as we scale our impact across borders.

– This is a milestone for us. We’re thankful for the confidence shown in our mission and excited to shape the future of healthcare together with such a strong group of owners, says 73Health’s Chairman Jaakko Seppälä.

This success reflects a clear message from the market. Our vision is trusted and our model is working. Therefore our commitment remains: to commercialize and develop intelligent diagnostic solutions that make healthcare more accessible, more accurate, and more human—worldwide.

– Doctor availability, cost, and access remain challenges in many regions. At the same time, most routine examinations could already be done remotely—saving both time and resources. Thanks to our solution, more patients can now get an accurate diagnosis without stepping into a clinic. It’s already in use internationally in occupational health, elderly care, and areas where physician shortages are critical, says 73Health’s CEO Kimmo Nikkanen.
